根据微信公众号官方平台票数统计，21支球队参选球员票选排名第一的入选全明星赛大名单。并按照票数排名递补东区1人，西区2人，最终东、西两区各12名球员入选全明星赛参赛阵容。

犹记得，4月11日晚，粤BA茂名队坐镇主场迎战佛山队。此役李世龙火力全开，全场砍下22分3篮板2助攻4抢断，尤其在决定胜负的第四节，他独揽16分，带领茂名队打出32:9的悬殊攻势，顽强拼搏，力挽狂澜。最终茂名队以78:75力克佛山队，拿下这场精彩的主场对决。
5月16日，粤BA珠海VS茂名。比赛最后时刻，茂名队李世龙超远三分球压哨命中，把比赛拖进加时赛，最终茂名客场顽强逆转战胜珠海。（戳→逆风鏖战 加时逆转！92：85茂名力克珠海，拿下粤BA客场首胜）
